WEEK 1: 

Preparing for Growth

Understand what growth means for you and your business. Growth is more than just maximising profits - it includes changes to your business operations, production, staffing and facilities. This workshop will equip you with the tools to help you make the right decisions to drive business growth. 

Finding Innovative Solutions

Design thinking focuses on the people your business is created for, using empathy as its foundation. This workshop will ignite your creativity and generate “out-of-the-box” thinking by teaching the rules of the design thinking creative processes and applying powerful tools to immediately raise your creative output

WEEK 2:

Planning a Digital Strategy

A digital strategy is essential to an eCommerce business’s success. You must invest in planning, evaluation and optimisation. This workshop will explore E-marketplace opportunities, customer targeting, online value propositions and goals for your online business.

Creating an Online Shop and Transacting Online

A solid digital strategy becomes the foundation of a successful online store. This workshop will go through the main components of an eCommerce website build, including the ability to manage inventory, efficiently arrange delivery, and take payments securely. You will be prepared when it comes to cyber security and well informed with the legal aspects of selling online.  

WEEK 3:

Build Your Brand Online - Marketing & Analytics

Customer perception, product presentation, and product reviews are all important in establishing a credible and trustworthy brand. This workshop will equip you with the techniques you will need to drive traffic to your online store, and more importantly, convert leads into sales. Discover how to reach out to bloggers, influencers and the press while connecting with your fans through social media and email marketing.

WEEK 4: 

Exporting - Take Your Product to the World

Expanding your product range overseas can become a profitable business strategy, and reduces your dependence on the local market. This workshop will explore the basics of exporting your products while equipping your business with a strong export strategy. The workshop also introduces the importance of global market research, freight and logistics, and global marketing.

WEEK 5:

Presentation & Celebration

After four intensive weeks, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to: execute your innovative idea, build yourself a successful online presence, meet your customers’ needs, increase sales and profit, and expand into the global market. In this workshop, we will reflect on your journey within the program and assist with your longer term vision.
