Gourmet Lovers was created in response to foodies’ increasing interest in extra virgin olive oil. Working predominantly with Australian-grown extra virgin olive oil, the business has created a range of olive oil infusions, olive oils, and gift products for seasonal times of the year.
Gourmet Lovers’ products are sold nationally in Woolworths, Coles, IGA, Myer, and various independent retailers. The products are exported for sale in Costco in Canada, Japan, Korea, and the United States.
The oils are marketed under the name EVOO – standing for Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The packaging is 100% reusable, reflecting the way consumers feel about the environment. In this respect, the product acts as a lifestyle choice, enabling consumers to actively support the environment through their choice of purchase.
Gourmet Lovers has won a premier Olive Japan Award, as well as a number of gold and silver awards in this leading industry competition that attracts over 600 entrants each year. Locally, our olive oil infusions have won two awards per year in the Australian Olive Association National Extra Virgin Olive Oil Show Awards (2012, 2013, and 2014).
