With support from the Digital Solutions Program at Melbourne Innovation Centre, she’s enhancing her digital strategy to scale her impact.
Allied Collective: Transforming Leadership and Wellbeing in Australia
Ruhee Meghani, the founder of Allied Collective, is reshaping how workplaces approach leadership development and wellbeing. As Australia’s first inclusive facilitation agency, Allied Collective is paving the way for purpose-led leadership and transformative workplace dynamics.
The Vision of Allied Collective
“Allied Collective is Australia’s first inclusive facilitation and wellbeing agency,” Ruhee explains.
“We prioritise purpose-led leadership development and wellbeing, combining cultural humility with relational design to create real, transformative change.”
With a focus on ten dimensions of wellbeing—ranging from physical and mental to financial and intersectional—Allied Collective’s workshops and training sessions are making a tangible impact.
Overcoming Challenges as a Solopreneur
Ruhee’s journey to founding Allied Collective was inspired by her experience leading global diversity and inclusion initiatives for a $33 billion company.
“I found the niche to talk about inclusion and wellbeing in the same conversation,” she says. “The challenge was getting people to understand that wellbeing is becoming one of the highest priorities for high-performing leaders, teams, and businesses.”
As a solopreneur, she acknowledges that balancing service delivery with scalability remains an ongoing challenge.

She highlights the program’s value in helping her prioritise tasks, gain clarity, and delegate more effectively.
“I’ve learned that it’s impossible to do everything myself, so stepping back and looking at things with a bird’s eye view is incredibly important,” Ruhee notes.
Building Momentum with Digital Growth
Ruhee credits the Digital Solutions Program at Melbourne Innovation Centre with helping her make strides in her digital presence and business operations.

While already skilled at building her personal brand on LinkedIn, the program provided Ruhee with actionable insights to better utilise her professional network.
She shares,
