Am I eligible?

The Digital Solutions Round 3 program is for for-profit small businesses with an active ABN, fewer than 20 full-time equivalent staff (sole traders included), based in Victoria, South Australia or Tasmania. Not sure? Get in touch and we'll help you work it out.

How much does it cost?

The program includes 5 hours of one-on-one mentoring with an experienced adviser, normally valued at $1,500 - government funding brings your contribution down to $110. Workshops, webinars and online learning come at no extra cost.

When does the program start?

Program activities kick off from late July, starting with webinars and workshops. 1:1 mentoring bookings open soon after. We'll be in touch with the details.

What happens after I apply?

We'll check your details and be in touch within 5 business days. Once you're confirmed, there's a short welcome survey to complete before you get started - it takes 5 minutes and helps us set you up right.

Can I apply if I'm a sole trader?

Yes. Sole traders are welcome, as long as you have an active ABN, operate as a for-profit business and are based in Victoria, South Australia or Tasmania.

How is the program delivered in my state?

Webinars and online learning are available to everyone across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

In South Australia and Tasmania, your one-on-one mentoring and local workshops are delivered by our partners, Adelaide Business Hub (SA) and the Van Diemen Project (TAS).

You’ll need an active ABN to be eligible. Confirm yours here before you apply.

Kobie Nottings

“The program helped me finally get my Instagram and Facebook Shop live, as well as understand how these digital streams work - and how to make them work for me. Without participating in the first round of mentoring, I would not be where I am today with a +$165,000 increase in revenue.”

Danikka Taylor

“I came into the mentoring session feeling very overwhelmed by the noise around AI and cybersecurity for small businesses and came away with clear guiding principles and the tools needed to systematically create and implement an adaptable action plan moving forward as my business scales.”

Kathy Haley

“The program has allowed me to access affordable mentoring that has really changed the way in which my business runs, for the better. I’ve also appreciated the online and in‑person learning events and networking opportunities.”

Susie Campbell

“It is an awesome program that gives access to incredibly talented mentors with a wide range of skills and expertise. I have had a number of very helpful mentoring sessions – it represents incredible value for money and the free workshops are also excellent and help you to keep on top of all things digital.

Paola Montenegro

“As a migrant and international student, I’ve realised how much knowledge we often lack when it comes to business models and entrepreneurship. This experience has been incredibly valuable and satisfying. Thank you for your support and inspiration.”
