This program is made possible through funding from the Australian Government, ensuring that there is a subsidised low cost to join.
Thanks to this government support, participants can access the program at an affordable rate, allowing small businesses to benefit from valuable resources and support without straining their budget.
Sessions will more than likely be conducted virtually; however, some mentors do offer face-to-face sessions. To determine eligibility and arrange a face-to-face session, please contact your mentor directly.
Our mentors can cover a range of topics based on their expertise, that fall under the following:
- Introduction to digitising your business
- Websites and selling online
- Social media and digital marketing
- Using small business software
- Online security and data privacy
During your session, you will work on a Digital Action Plan (DAP) with your mentor. This plan includes notes on goals, tasks and any other topics discussed during the session, serving as a tailored roadmap for your digital business development.
Once your application form is submitted, you will have a period of six weeks to take advantage of the mentoring offer, granting you three hours of access at a price of $110 including GST.
Businesses are required to work with one mentor only for their allocated 3 hours of 1:1 mentoring. Each ABN is eligible for 3 hours only.
