About the Digital Solutions Program

Digital Solutions is a government-backed program helping small businesses build real digital confidence, from marketing and AI to ecommerce and cybersecurity. It's designed for businesses with an active ABN and fewer than 20 staff, including sole traders, across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

You get up to 5 hours of one-on-one mentoring with an experienced adviser for $110, plus free workshops, webinars and online learning. Once you're in, you have access right through to 30 June 2030, so you can take part whenever suits your business.

Am I eligible?

This program is for small businesses that have an active ABN, are based in Victoria, South Australia or Tasmania, employ fewer than 20 full-time equivalent staff, and want to get more out of the digital side of running their business. The quickest way to check is to start the application: the first couple of questions confirm your eligibility in under a minute.

How much does it cost?

Workshops, webinars and online learning are free. One-on-one mentoring is heavily subsidised, with a small fee of $110 for up to 4 hours with an experienced adviser.

When does the program start?

Program activities (webinars, workshops, online learning and personalised mentoring) are expected to begin from late July. Once you're accepted, you'll have access right through to 30 June 2030, so there's no rush. You can take part whenever suits your business.

What happens after I apply?

The application takes about 3 minutes and confirms a few eligibility details. We'll review it and be in touch within 3 business days. If you're accepted, we'll send a short welcome survey to get you set up, then you'll get access to mentoring, workshops and online learning.

Can I apply if I'm a sole trader?

Yes. As long as you have an active ABN, are based in Victoria, South Australia or Tasmania, and employ fewer than 20 full-time equivalent staff, sole traders are welcome. You don't need to have employees to take part.
