1:1 mentoring is available to businesses in the Digital Solutions Program. Your business may be eligible if you meet the following criteria:

• For-profit and based in Victoria, South Australia or Tasmania
• Registered with an active ABN
• Running with fewer than 20 staff

The $110 package is available once per business. Your five hours are yours to use over three months, so it's worth thinking about what you most want out of them before you start. Your mentor will also help you work it out in your initial session.

Bring whatever's most pressing. Your sessions are shaped around your goals, so no two look the same. Mentoring often covers:

• Growth and finding more customers
• Pricing, offers and revenue
• Systems, operations and getting your time back
• Planning what comes next

We match you with the mentor best suited to what you want to work on. When you book, you'll tell us what you'd like help with, and we'll pair you with the mentor whose expertise fits your goals.

Not sure where to start? Choose "Help me work out where to start" when you book. Your mentor will help you set your priorities in your first session.

Your five hours run for three months from your first session.

Most people space their sessions two to three weeks apart, which gives you time to act on what you covered before the next one.

If your circumstances change during the three months, let your mentor know as early as you can.

The $110 package is subsidised through the Digital Solutions Program and is available once per business, so it's one round of five hours rather than something you renew.

Most people don't stop there. You'll keep getting our free webinars, workshops and resources, and if you want to keep working one-on-one, we offer mentoring outside the program. Talk to your mentor in your final session and they'll walk you through what's available.
