Staying consistent with content is hard when every post demands a brand-new idea. This hands-on session fixes that. You'll build your own working Instagram Content Planner so you can post consistently from here on and keep your audience coming back. [Only 30 spots available]

Stop searching for a new idea every time you post. Build repeatable content series and leave with a full month of Instagram content mapped and ready to go.

This in-person session is open to VIC businesses in the Digital Solutions program. Not registered yet? Takes 2 minutes here.

Most founders don't struggle with posting. They struggle with running out of new ideas to post.

This workshop solves that problem. You'll build several named, repeatable series tied to your content pillars, so the planning burden disappears and content ideas start to flow naturally.

Please note: a laptop is required for this session, only 30 places available.

What you'll learn:

  • Set your content pillars and weighting in your own Instagram Content Planner.
  • Build a Series Library of 8-12 repeatable content series, each with a format, cadence, hook angle, and CTA so you're not starting from scratch every week.
  • Understand why series outperform one-off posts for both consistency and audience recognition.
  • Apply 2026 posting-time and cadence data to build a fixed, defensible publishing rhythm.

What you'll leave with:

  • A full month of content mapped into your planner, with specific series scheduled on specific days; ready to post; and the same system extending to a full 90-day quarter afterward.
  • An Instagram Content Planner equipped with automatic performance tracking (engagement rate, save rate, and a dashboard showing what's working by format).

Who it's for:

This workshop is for small business owners who find it hard to stay consistent because every post feels like it needs a new idea. It suits you whether you post often but unevenly, or you keep meaning to and run out of steam.
