In this engaging session, Betsy will help businesses understand the importance of wellbeing in the workplace and how to recognise the signs of stress or burnout. The workshop offers practical tools and mindfulness techniques to improve daily wellbeing and build resilience. Participants will also learn about the free support available through the Partners in Wellbeing program.
