Chris is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience across the automotive, utilities and asset-management sectors. As Co-Founder of Flexiq, he leads business transformation through innovation and technology, helping organisations strengthen performance and adapt to change. His growth mindset and client-focused approach have earned him trusted relationships at all levels of leadership.

A Chartered Professional Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia, Chris holds an Honours Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, an Executive MBA and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He is actively involved in professional and academic leadership, serving as Chair of the Engineers Australia College of Leadership and Management, Chair of Melbourne Innovation Centre and a long-term committee member with Monash University’s MBA Alumni Engagement Program.
