Deborah is an experienced finance leader with a strong background across the not-for-profit, education, healthcare and property sectors. As Head of Finance at the Australian Music Examinations Board, she combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise in compliance, budgeting, analysis and operational management.

With qualifications including a Bachelor of Economics, an MBA and a Master of Commerce from Deakin University, Deborah is also a Fellow of CPA Australia. Her career reflects a commitment to excellence, integrity and sound governance, underpinned by her experience on a range of boards and advisory groups.

When away from the numbers, Deborah enjoys time with her two teenage daughters and French bulldog, often found paddleboarding when the weather allows.
