Jesslyn is the Business Support Officer at Melbourne Innovation Centre, where she keeps the Digital Solutions and Self-Employment Assistance programs running smoothly and helps small businesses access the resources they need to thrive. She coordinates end-to-end program administration, works closely with MIC's Business Mentors and supports both program participants and the wider MIC team to ensure everything runs seamlessly across programs, events and operations.

Drawing on experience across business support, customer service and program coordination, Jesslyn brings a sharp eye for detail and a genuine drive to streamline processes. Backed by a Bachelor's degree in Business and Technology, she enjoys finding smarter ways to work, particularly through AI and automation, and is motivated by the opportunity to help the entrepreneurs and small businesses MIC works with turn great ideas into greater impact.

Outside of work, Jesslyn loves creating content and trying out new recipes, with a love of travel, fitness and all things wellbeing.
