Talya is the Digital Technical Coordinator at Melbourne Innovation Centre, supporting the Digital Solutions Program and helping small businesses strengthen their digital capability. She coordinates workshops and events, works closely with MIC’s Business Mentors and provides guidance to program participants, ensuring they have support at every stage.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and firsthand experience running two small businesses, including an Airbnb management service and an ice-cream shop in Ocean Grove, Talya brings practical insight into the challenges and opportunities facing small-business owners. Her blend of marketing knowledge, operational experience and customer focus shapes the way she supports the program.

Talya loves the sea and sailing, enjoys travelling and is currently learning Turkish.
