Your mentoring hours
Your place includes up to 5 hours of one-on-one mentoring, to be booked within 8 weeks of your first session.
Booking
All sessions are booked through Melbourne Innovation Centre's booking system, not directly with your mentor. Your mentor will help you book your next session at the end of each one.
Cancellations and no-shows
This is a government-subsidised program with limited spots. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows come out of your mentoring hours. When you don't show, someone else misses out on that spot. If something comes up, email us to talk it through.
What mentoring covers
Your mentor gives advice and builds your digital know-how. They won't complete tasks for you, like building your website. Sessions focus on your business, not your clients' businesses, and support is limited to your booked session hours.
Feedback
You'll be asked for quick feedback after each session. It helps us improve the program and keep it funded.
Conduct and conflicts
Please be respectful and professional with your mentor. A mentor may decline a session if there's a personal or professional conflict, and we'll suggest an alternative. Melbourne Innovation Centre may decline service where these terms aren't met.
Eligibility and refunds
We'll confirm your eligibility within 3 business days. If you're not eligible and haven't used your mentoring, we'll refund you. If you've used your hours, a refund may not apply.

We'll let you know the moment booking opens.
